Manoli Aerakis has an extensive background in entrepreneurism, having set up one of the fastest growing accounting firms in New Zealand. Manoli set up the Nelson business of Malloch McClean and over 5 years has taken this business to $2m of revenue, not bad for a guy who came from a banking career.
Manoli knows what it takes to grow accounting firms and has also merged accounting firms. He is a well renowned business coach and business broker.
Manoli is on a number of boards in various roles and believes in giving back to the business and not for profit community.
Manoli enjoys spending time on the sports fields with his 3 boys and, when given the chance, to be out catching snapper in the Tasman Bay.

Mark Jenkins is always working with his team, clients and accounting firms to determine and achieve their goals. His philosophy uses practically-based systems, advice and coaching to get the best possible outcomes.
Mark established Quay Accountants, where he generated revenues in excess of $2m per annum, of which over 50% was from systemised Business Development work. He co-founded The Gap with Viv and is CEO of 2020 Business Dynamics. He works with New Zealand and Australian firms to deliver the three freedoms to their own clients,
He's come a long way since his days as the long-haired hippie from KPMG. He's an avid business reader and writer who loves nothing more than a punishing morning row. BTW his rowing is a vain attempt to keep up with his three sons - who are all semi-professional. Mark and his wife Mia love a long walk on Ohope Beach followed by a glass of Red.

John Schol has more than fifteen years’ director experience across two accounting firms. During his tenure he has been involved in the successful transition of retiring directors, three fee base acquisitions, two mergers and a startup. He is a CAANZ Councilor and holds professional directorships with two Council Controlled Organisations and NZX listed company South Port Limited.
John is passionate about accounting firms and has assisted more than forty with strategy, profit maximisation, governance, succession planning and modernisation projects for their businesses. He even has four smart mover coaching groups operating around New Zealand.
His thought leadership in the accounting industry has included co-authoring CAANZ’s strategic playbook, presenting webinars, seminars, workshops, speaking at conferences, as well as hosting two seasons of the CA Catalyst pod-cast series Small Firm Big Impact.
John’s own lived experiences has assisted him to authentically support other practices to buy and sell and has helped shape MyFirm Brokers position as the first choice for accounting owners across New Zealand.
